Jane Cosar, Peru
|
Jane Cosar is an attorney and President of the Peruvian Association of Lawyers with Visual Disabilities and a legal advisor to a private business called Inversiones ACH S.A.C. Jane is a member of the special Commission on Disability Studies of Peru’s National Congress.
A blind person, she has a masters degree in civil and commercial law and is currently working on her Ph.D. in law and political science at the National University of San Marcos. In addition, Jane holds diplomas in regional and municipal law as well as human rights. She is also a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice. She lives in Lima with her husband and three children.
