Cristina A. Francisco Reyes of the Dominican Republic is a co-founder and the coordinator of the Circle of Women with Disabilities in the Dominican Republic. Cristina also founded the National Association on Physically Impaired Persons and the Wheelchair Sportive Club. Cristina, who has a motor disability, has participated in many international sportive and advocacy activities in her country.

She holds a degree in Administration and Human Resources from the Ibero-American University.
