Luis Fernando Astorga is a journalist and a human rights advocate from Costa Rica. He is the president of the Forum for Disability Rights, a member of the Directory of the National Committee on Disability of Costa Rica, and a member of the Directory of the Ibero-American Network of Non Governmental Organizations of People with Disabilities and their Families. An amputee, Luis is a wheelchair user and lives with his wife and three children in San José de Costa Rica.
