Víctor Alexander Baute Sánchez, Venezuela

Víctor Alexander Baute Sánchez studies accountability and administration at the Central University of Venezuela. A native of Venezuela, he is the president of the Deaf Youth Federation of Venezuela and general secretary of APROSIMIR (Sport Association of Deaf People of Miranda.) A deaf person, Victor is a peer trainer on deaf youth leadership and works as a cook.
